Thanks for the comment Chris. I agree with you except I would vote him as a leader of a grassroots movement, and he has already become with The Great Recovery.

To anyone who has seen or heard Dave Ramsey on radio, television or live event, I would just tell you that the words coming from this man would have me vote him as our country’s leader. His basic beliefs in gods and grandmas way of thinking could turn this country around and through his books have thousands of people turned in the right direction. Credit is the great evil that is ruining our country and worshiping at the alter of the great fico score only gets you in deeper trouble. Thank you Dave for giving us a real person to listen to during these depressing times and lack of leaders on both sides of the aisle.

Ya this gave me goosebumps when I first heard it on my ipod. I added it to my blog too. However, here in Canada, we still do not yet have the debit cards that also function as credit (the ones Dave recommends) so I am still on the fence on this subject of credit cards until we get those. Either way, I couldn’t care less about the FICO though.

p.s. love the picture selection of the sheep sheering haha.

I can see that people prone to addictive behavior can lead to credit card debt. It makes it so easy to splurge. I don’t think it accounts for most people though…I think a lot of it is learned.
